We are convening an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 11th at 6 pm to, inter alia, amend and restate our statutes to comply with the new legal requirements of the Law of 7 August 2023 on non-profit associations and foundations, as amended from time to time. We extend our sincere thanks to Grant Thornton Luxembourg for their valuable assistance in this process.
In accordance with legal obligations, a quorum of 67% of members (present or represented) is required, and ¾ of votes in favour are necessary to approve the amendments.
